Swiss: The Swiss parliament has launched an investigation after it emerged a secretary has been posing for naked selfies in her office and posting them on Twitter.
The woman, who has not been named, has gained a following of more than 11,000 followers with her x-rated pictures. But an eagle observer recognised the background to some of her shots as the 162- year-old Federal Palace in Berne.
The building, designed by architect Hans Auer, hosts the two chambers of Swiss government.
The woman told Swiss newspaper Neue Zuercher Zeitung (NZZ) today she did not believe she had broken any rules. She said the pictures did not violate guidelines for federal employees because they were part of her private life.
The report did not say why she had posted the pictures. A spokesman for the government's human resources department said he had only learned of the case from Wednesday's news report.
"Parliamentary services will have to decide, based on the specific circumstances, whether this case breaches good faith obligations between employer and employee," Anand Jagtap said.
When asked if she worried that her colleagues might see the pictures, she said:
"The issue is on my mind constantly."
