Egerton University’s Institute of Women, Gender & Development Studies (IWGDS) is launching a certificate course in Youth and Transformational Leadership Development Program (YOTLED) during its 15th Gender Awareness Day on 17th October 2015 at 9.00 a.m.
The launch of the programme is part of IWGDS response to the need for knowledge, skills and competencies in Leadership and Management. It is aimed at equipping students and County youth with acumens and competencies needed to identify and implement innovative ideas and strategies that are required for organizational and societal transformation.
The course targets university undergraduate and postgraduate students, youth from across counties, civil society organizations, youth clubs, youth political aspirants, school leavers among others.

· Leadership Development for Vulnerable Youth
