Njoro campus students are informed that the University will reopen for session II of the 2015/2016 Academic Year as follows.

2011 - Y5S2 (Agricultural Engineering)
2012 - Y4S2 (Degree)
2013 - Y3S2 (Degree and Diploma)
2014 - Y2S2 (Degree and Diploma)
2015 - Y1S2 (Degree and Diploma)
2015 – 2011 Y1 to Y5 (ALL OTHER ENGINEERING GROUPS Reporting to complete their Semester I ( i.e. BSc. Instrumentation and Control Engineering, BSc Water and Environmental Engineering, and BSc Manufacturing Engineering and Technology) to cover the remaining 14 weeks ( 12 wks lectures & 2 wks for exam – details to be released after reporting).

REPORTING DATES
i. Monday 4 th to Tuesday 5 th January 2016
Reporting & Registration for
ALL Engineering and Veterinary Medicine students and all Postgraduate students.
ii. FRIDAY 15 TH TO SATURDAY 16 TH JANUARY 2016 - REPORTING &
REGISTRATION FOR ALL NON-ENGINEERING STUDENTS FOR SEMESTER II.

LECTURE SCHEDULES
i. Wednesday 6th January to Friday 15 th April, 2016 (15 wks) Lectures for Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine &
Postgraduate Students.
ii. Wednesday 6th January to Friday 25 th March, 2016 (12 wks) Lectures for all other Engineering programmes to complete SEM I lectures.

OTHER SCHEDULES:
Registration takes place on Friday 15th and Saturday 16 th January 2016 for all non- Engineering Students.
Monday 18 th January to Friday 15 th April 2016 (13 wks) Lectures for all non- Engineering Students.
Monday 28 th March to Friday 8 th April 2015 (2 wks) Examinations period for other Engineering students (BSc WEEN, ICEEN & MENT).
· Wednesday 11 th to Friday 22 nd April 2016 - 2 weeks break for all other
Engineering students excluding Agricultural Engineering before they start Semester II in session III.

NOTE:
Students must fully exit the hostels immediately they finish the first semester examinations.
There will be no access to hostel rooms in the 2nd Semester without clearance of 1st Semester fees (“zero-balance”).
