Why one degree is not enough Through Pass

Businessman Dr. Chris Kirubi speaks to KCA University students at the inaugural #ThroughPass about the importance of education. CK says contrary to popular thinking, a basic degree is not enough to secure a job in modern Kenya.

As an employer, he has the growing competition where most job seekers now have a  masters degree or professional certification.

“Don’t become a jack of all trade and master of none. Specialize in something. The brightest of you should be doing a degree as well as a professional course together,” says Kirubi.
